Welcome to Wallesque. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the services provided by Barcodeclothing AS, operating under the name Wallesque ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Wallesque provides a platform for generating custom artwork using Artificial Intelligence and printing those artworks on demand. Because each product is uniquely generated and printed for the specific customer, all orders are considered custom-made.
3. Intellectual Property
You agree not to use our platform to generate artwork that infringes on the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders that violate these terms. The underlying AI models are governed by their respective providers.
4. Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
