Refund & Returns Policy

1. Custom-Made Products

Every artwork sold through Wallesque is uniquely generated by AI and printed on demand exclusively for you. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(c)), as implemented in Norwegian consumer law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made to the consumer's specifications. All Wallesque orders fall within this exemption.

2. Cancellation Window

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us at hello@wallesque.com within 2 hours of placing your order. If production has not yet begun, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After 2 hours, your order enters our production queue and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3. No Refunds for Aesthetic Dissatisfaction

Because AI art is inherently generative, results may vary from your written description. Colour, composition, and style are influenced by the AI model and may not precisely match your expectations. We cannot offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the AI output's aesthetic qualities, including style, colour interpretation, or composition.

We strongly encourage you to carefully review the preview generated before proceeding to checkout. You may refine your artwork multiple times before ordering.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives physically damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@wallesque.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include a clear photograph of the damage and your order reference.

We will send a free replacement at no cost to you. If the replacement also arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Colour Accuracy

Print colours may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. This is a natural characteristic of the difference between screen display (RGB) and print reproduction (CMYK), and is not considered a manufacturing defect. We print on 250gsm museum-grade matte archival paper using professional-grade equipment to achieve the highest possible colour fidelity.
