1. Custom Made Products
At Wallesque, every poster is custom-generated by AI and printed specifically for you on demand. Because these are custom-made goods, we have a strict policy regarding cancellations and refunds.
2. Cancellations Before Production
If you place an order and change your mind, you may request a cancellation and full refund only if your order has not yet entered production. Since orders are manually reviewed before being sent to our printing partners, there is a short window where cancellation is possible. Please contact us immediately at hello@wallesque.com if you need to cancel.
3. No Refunds After Production
Once an order has been approved and enters the physical printing phase, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer's remorse or if you simply change your mind about the design you generated.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your poster arrives damaged or there is a clear manufacturing defect, we will issue a free replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@wallesque.com with clear photos of the damage, and we will expedite a replacement to you at no additional cost.
