Frequently Asked Questions

How does AI art generation work?
You describe your vision in natural language — a scene, a mood, a colour palette, or a style. Our system processes your prompt and generates a unique artwork using state-of-the-art AI image models. Each image is one-of-a-kind and created specifically for you. No two generations are identical, even from the same prompt.
Can I preview my artwork before ordering?
Yes — always. You generate and review a preview before you ever reach the checkout. You can also refine and adjust your image multiple times before placing your order. We encourage you to be fully happy with your artwork before purchasing.
What quality is the paper?
We print on 250gsm museum-grade matte archival paper. The weight and texture complement any interior, from modern minimalist to classic gallery-style. When kept out of direct sunlight, archival prints are designed to last for decades without fading.
How long does shipping take?
Each order is manually reviewed and then sent to production. Production typically takes 2–4 business days. Shipping takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. We are actively expanding to more countries — check back soon.
Can I return my order?
Because every artwork is uniquely generated and printed for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@wallesque.com within 14 days of receipt with a photograph of the issue and we will send a free replacement. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Who owns the artwork I generate?
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive licence to display the artwork for private, non-commercial purposes. The artwork may not be resold or used commercially without written permission from Wallesque. The underlying AI generation is subject to the terms of our AI model providers (including OpenAI and Pollinations).
Will the colours look exactly like the preview?
Print colours are very close to the digital preview, but slight variations can occur due to differences between screen display (RGB) and physical print reproduction (CMYK). This is a natural characteristic of the printing process and is not considered a defect. We use professional-grade equipment and 250gsm archival paper to achieve the highest possible fidelity.
