Changing your mind

You may notify us within 14 days after receiving a standard poster that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. No reason is required. Email us a clear statement and your order number, or use the optional form below. Return the poster within 14 days of giving notice.

Return to: Barcodeclothing AS / Wallesque, Bringebærveien 36D, 4824 Bjorbekk, Norway. You pay the direct return postage when changing your mind. We do not charge a restocking fee. Contacting us for instructions does not make your statutory withdrawal dependent on approval.

Please pack your poster securely. You may inspect it as you would in a shop. Handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning may lead to a lawful deduction for diminished value, not automatic rejection.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of return dispatch, whichever comes first. We refund using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund fee. The refund includes standard outbound delivery charges paid, but not extra charges for an optional premium delivery service where permitted by law.

Damage, defects or incorrect items

Contact us if your poster arrives damaged, is incorrect or has a defect. Photos of the item and packaging help us investigate. For transport damage, we offer a replacement print and shipping at no cost. Contact us before returning a damaged or incorrect item so we can arrange any necessary return at our expense.

This offer does not limit your statutory rights to other remedies, including a refund where the law entitles you to one. Supplier procedures do not limit your rights against us. Longer mandatory complaint periods remain applicable. Standard catalogue posters do not lose withdrawal rights simply because they are printed after ordering.
